Studio 93 worked with Add Living in Leeds on repeatable interior design schemes for its rental apartment portfolio.
The brief
The developer needed a consistent aesthetic across multiple units, balancing durability, contemporary comfort, budget and practical procurement and installation.
Our design approach
We developed a suite of schemes specifying finishes, fixtures and furniture that could be replicated across apartments. Visualisations of living, bedroom and bathroom spaces communicated the design intent to the developer, stakeholders and suppliers.
Design approval and procurement
The visuals supported sign-off for show-home fit-outs and helped the team review the interiors before making purchasing decisions.
