Studio 93 collaborated with Add Living, a leading property developer to create a design template for their expanding portfolio of build-to-let apartments. The goal was to establish a cohesive aesthetic that balanced long-term durability with a sense of warmth and contemporary comfort, appealing to a broad rental market while maintaining efficiency in procurement and installation.

Working closely with the developer’s team, we developed a suite of interior design schemes that could be easily replicated across multiple units. Each scheme specified finishes, fixtures, and furnishings chosen for their longevity and accessibility within budget. Alongside the design templates, we produced a full set of visualisations, showcasing living, bedroom, and bathroom spaces, to communicate the design intent clearly to stakeholders and suppliers.

These visuals became a vital tool in securing sign-off and streamlining procurement for the show home fit-outs. They allowed the developer to visualise the completed apartments before committing to large-scale purchasing decisions, ensuring consistency and confidence in every element of the specification. The result was a refined, efficient design process and beautifully executed homes that set a new benchmark for quality and cohesion across the developer’s build-to-let portfolio.
