Co-Working Space —

Working with local Design and Build company, Design Tonic, we have designed three floors within No1 Embankment and a further floor within No2 Embankment, for a c-working space. The design was shortlisted as a 2021 finalist for the well renowned, SBID International Design Awards.

The project has been refurbished to the highest standard, focusing on biophilic design and a soft industrial feel throughout. The raw timbers and metal mesh are offset by luxurious velvets and sleek lighting designs. It hosts design-led meeting rooms and sociable co-working areas, available to both clients and occasional guests.

Set across 27,000 sq ft, the space offers 342 desks available 24/7, private offices, meeting rooms and event spaces. No1 Embankment is available for use for young start-ups as well as established businesses, situated in City Centre Leeds. The space has been tailored throughout the floors to suit different businesses and functions.
