We were delighted to partner with Ultimate on another project for Severfield, this time for their Dalton HQ. As the UK’s leading structural steelwork group and a major player in Europe, Severfield is renowned for its innovative engineering and precision on iconic projects like Leeds First Direct Arena, Tottenham Football Stadium, and Wimbledon. Looking to revamp their Dalton HQ, Severfield sought to create a workspace that reflected their leadership in the industry while enhancing everyday employee experiences.

With a brief to move away from a traditional office setup, the goal was to design an open, light-filled space that promotes wellbeing, productivity, and collaboration. The vision was a modern environment aligned with Severfield's forward-thinking ethos and corporate values.

Working alongside the talented team at Ultimate, we reimagined the office design to include:

• A welcoming, statement entrance

• Open, flexible workspaces with collaborative areas

• Private focus booths for concentrated tasks

• Sit-stand desks to support wellbeing

• Meeting rooms equipped with the latest tech

• A breakout kitchen for social interaction and relaxation

Sustainability was also at the forefront of this scheme, and so we integrated energy-efficient lighting and eco-friendly materials, also maximising natural light to reduce energy consumption.

The result is a workspace that fosters engagement, boosts morale, and encourages interaction across teams. The valued Severfield employees can now enjoy a versatile, dynamic environment tailored to their diverse working styles!
