300 Trinity Park —

Building on the successful design language originally for 2 City West, the reception and atrium space with Building 300 at Trinity Park has been reimagined to deliver a contemporary workplace environment inspired by boutique hospitality interiors. The commercial interior design scheme transforms the arrival experience into a warm, welcoming and people focused destination for tenants, visitors and clients.

Working closely alongside the landlord’s requirements, we carefully balanced new interventions with retained architectural features within the existing building fabric. Elements such as the existing wall finishes were intentionally preserved, with decoration limited to 2500mm high. This allowed us to create maximum impact with furniture, lighting and biophilic design at eye level.

The workplace refurbishment introduces sculptural breakout furniture, premium planting and flexible collaboration spaces to encourage wellbeing, interaction and informal working. A carefully curated palette of textured green velvets, natural walnut finishes, soft architectural lighting and organic designs within the carpet inlay bring warmth and movement to the triple height atrium space.
