Co-working interior design at Wizu East Coast House, York
Studio 93 worked on Wizu’s East Coast House in York, developing a welcoming co-working interior for members and private office users.
The brief
Wizu wanted a refreshed space that expressed its warm, approachable identity while retaining flexibility for different ways of working.
Our design approach
We developed the CAT A contractor’s initial concept with a softer palette, layered textures and styling. Open work areas, collaborative corners, breakout spaces and private offices combine function with a consistent brand atmosphere.
Comfortable seating, warm lighting, greenery and artwork introduce a more relaxed feel. The design builds on our earlier work for Wizu in Leeds.
Studio 93’s role
Our scope included furniture and finishes specification, 3D visuals, a technical drawing pack and styling.
