Nursery interior design for Cub Nursery, Wetherby
Studio 93 developed the interior concept for Cub Nursery’s Wetherby flagship, which opened in spring 2023.
The brief
The project brief encompassed more than 10,000 sq ft, five playrooms and early-years provision for 100 children. The design needed to support learning and independence while creating a sense of community for children and adults.
Our design approach
Nature-inspired details and a Scandinavian-influenced pastel palette create a calm setting with room for imaginative play.
The Den places reception and café facilities at the heart of the nursery. Educational areas for children sit alongside a setting where parents can meet and spend time together.
Studio 93’s role
Our scope included space planning, furniture and finishes specification, 3D visuals and a technical drawing pack. Design Tonic was the contractor.
