The key drivers in the project included creating a client experience and excitement amongst the team for the journey ahead. The client was keen to make the most of features and character of the old building, and to allow their clients to enjoy the ambience of the experience that comes with the character.

We created a strong first impression on entry to the space with a bespoke made reception desk and waiting area. By designing a variety of sized meeting rooms into the ground floor, this gives the team a range of options when hosting clients or for internal meetings.

Ultimately, a clean, fresh, streamlined and organised experience was what was being looked for, and what was achieved in this project.

Bringing the team on the journey and creating an environment that people want to come to, rather than being forced to come to, was key. One such investment in the space was creating a large canteen area on the ground floor, to allow the team to socialise, and break away from their desks to recharge during the day.
