The moment we receive a brief, a creative switch is triggered. Our student accommodation projects are complex, with properties housing everything from living spaces to common rooms, study areas, gymnasiums, event spaces and more. Each area has its own purpose and, therefore, its own design characteristics to suit.

The world has changed in recent years, showing us just how important it is for spaces to be flexible. We take this approach for many of the common spaces in student accommodation buildings - dining areas that can be transformed into event space, reception areas that double up as breakout spaces.

But most importantly, we work closely with brands to create a home away from home. Through our student accommodation interior design concepts, we not only optimise space from a practical space planning standpoint, but we optimise it to maximise comfort and safety to students.

We pride ourselves on designing with neurodiversity and inclusivity in mind, considering the different personality types and characteristics of potential student residents and what they need from a space. This helps to inform the type and placement of furniture, lighting, colours, materials and more that we include in our design concepts.
