Student Accommodation —

We have worked closely with the Urbanite branding team to create a cohesive design that encompasses every detail from the wayfinding and neon signage, through to the interior finishes. This diverse project includes apartments, commonrooms, cinemas, study rooms, receptions, gyms, a coffee shop and outdoor spaces.

Urbanite is redefining ‘student accommodation’ with state-of-the-art facilities and colourful experiences that aim to change the way students live, study and play - giving them the best start and creating a unique backdrop for the memories they’ll cherish forever. 

Urbanite wanted to create a bold scheme incorporating a refreshed brand that would help to build a strong identity for the new portfolio of student accommodation. We designed a blueprint style to run across all of their new build sites, featuring the brand’s orange and blue throughout whilst creating experience-led interior concepts for the different areas of the properties.
