Developing this under-utilised residents lounge at Headingley Park gave the apartment building a whole new lease of life. The tired reception area was quiet and cold prior to the refurbishment. We worked with FSPS, Add Living and Strive to develop a warm, inviting co-working space for residents to leave their apartment without having to travel in to the city to co-work.

Set in leafy parkland, the space combines soft seating lounge areas, collaborative spaces and quiet working. Integrated power, data and task lighting gives the ultimate flexibility whilst the bespoke shelving divider adds a homely touch, accessorised with planting and decorative styling.
