An Estate Agency with a difference. North Residential challenges the traditional estate agency service levels and required an office space to redefine the traditional and expected experience. The brief and challenge presented by the client was to steer clear of the typical estate agency look and feel, to help them deliver a memorable and high-end experience to clients. 

One way in which North Residential wanted to achieve this was through a client-facing reception space that feels closer to a luxurious residential lounge, where clients can sit and enjoy a coffee - or a glass of something stronger! We achieved this through soft but smart furnishings, storage walls designed to feel like they would in a home, and soft muted colour accents alongside the brand’s North Residential blue. Dark timbers, a stone effect carpet and Farrow & Ball paint colours also offer a subtle ode to the country properties that make up the majority of their portfolio.

In addition to the client-facing entrance, we designed a smart workspace complete with 6 workstations and a meeting space to facilitate the team working and collaborating.

The finished result is a high-end, welcoming and professional interior to support North Residential and their vision.
