Every project comes with its own unique set of requirements, and the Shift Commerce project required a careful approach to a listed building.

The Shift Commerce team spend a lot of time on phone calls and video meetings, and the large open plan space with tall ceilings presented some acoustic difficulties to the client.

To resolve this, we worked with our furniture suppliers to create fully AV-integrated phone pods and zoom rooms which allowed us to avoid structural work whilst offering spaces for team members to retreat to for their phone and video conversations. Each pod was equipped with its own lighting and ventilation to help with airflow. 

The installations remained sympathetic to the listed interior, and elevated the environment by providing productive and comfortable areas for the team to work in.
