BAKE is the final chapter in Tom Stafford’s ‘All Things Dough’ trilogy, following the collective success of Doh’hut and Things In Bread. The client had a clear vision of a working bakery that delivers on precision, pace, and atmosphere. A space that’s high-functioning behind the scenes but still makes you want to stick around for that second coffee.

We worked hand-in-hand with the client and Design Tonic to make sure BAKE had its own distinct personality, while still feeling like part of the family. The flow from venue to venue is seamless, but BAKE holds its own with soft, ambient lighting that carries the space from morning pastries to evening wind-downs, and a statement display cabinet that turns every bake into a showstopper.

This is where British nostalgia meets Parisian finesse. A space built to serve, designed to delight, and a proud addition to the client’s growing dough empire!
